Opt-in
Team members opt in through their Stay Status profile (managed by their company administrator). Opt-in requires checking a consent box next to the disclosures below. We store consent timestamp, IP address, and disclosure version (2026-05-27) for compliance.
Standard disclosures (CTIA)
- Program: Stay Status Team Alerts. Message type: SMS. Use case: Account notifications: automated property status alerts (guest check-in/out, cleaning updates).
- You (authorized team member team member) opt in to receive recurring automated text messages about property status events you select in your profile.
- Message frequency varies with property activity; typically up to 4 messages per month per enabled event type.
- Msg & data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help.
- You may also opt out by disabling text notifications in your Stay Status team profile.
