Stay Status provides property status management, guest check-in tools, team collaboration, and notification features for rental and cleaning businesses. Features may change as we improve the product. Accounts You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account. Company administrators control team member access and notification settings. Acceptable use Use the service only for lawful business purposes Obtain proper consent before enabling SMS to team members or guests Do not send spam, abusive, or unauthorized messages through the platform Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service SMS notifications SMS features are governed by our separate SMS Terms & Conditions. By enabling SMS for a team member, you represent that you have authority to register that number and that the recipient has provided express consent. Disclaimer The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
